Which Countries Are Eligible for Delivery?

We currently ship to the United States only. More countries will be added soon.
Please note that eligible U.S. delivery areas exclude remote regions such as Alaska and Hawaii, as well as overseas addresses including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.

 

What Is the Shipping Fee and Tax Policy?

All orders are shipped from Hangzhou, China.
  • Free shipping on your first order;
  • From your second order,  free shipping on orders over $139, and shipping cost for orders under $139 is $10.
The current default carrier's shipping fee includes customs duties. If customers specify an alternative carrier, any resulting customs clearance fees will be the customer's responsibility.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Total delivery time (processing time + shipping time) normally takes 7-15 business days. 

Processing time

We begin processing your order immediately after receipt. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During this phase, we conduct rigorous inspections to ensure products meet our high-quality standards.

Shipping Time

We default to air shipping. Delivery to the United States typically takes 6-12 business days. Please note that holidays are not counted as business days and should be considered when estimating delivery times.

We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please be advised that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

How to Track Your Order?

To keep you informed about your order's status, we provide tracking services. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's location in real time.
